If you can't find the answer to your IT question in the Knowledge Base, reach out to OU Help for assistance in one of the following ways. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a ticket.

-Send an email to ouhelp@ottawa.edu to create an IT help ticket. Consider adding notify@teamdynamixapp.com to your email safe senders list or email contacts to ensure replies come to your inbox. Remember to check your spam folder for OU Help replies.

-Click the Submit Ticket button in the Client Portal https://ottawa.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/261/Portal/Home/ to see the different categories of tickets you can submit.
