To add authentication methods to your account, go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and sign in with your student email address. Once signed in, click add sign in method
Then, choose the method you would like to add. You need a minimum of two to be eligible to reset your own password. For example, I have Microsoft Authenticator and a Passkey.
Once you have at least two methods, you can reset your password yourself by going to this link https://aka.ms/sspr which can be found in the Password Updates section of the OU Help tab of MyOttawa.
