To get your 1098-T form, you need to go to your MyOttawa page and sign in. Once you are signed in, click on the Finances tab in the top right bar
On the left drop down menu, click on Student Finances.
On the right side there is a subtitle My 1098-T. Click on the link Go to My 1098-T info. If you don’t see your 1098-T form, please contact OU Registrar at registrar@ottawa.edu
They will provide you with a new 1098-T form.
