Ottawa University has transitioned to a new, student information system named Jenzabar One (J1). As of May 4, 2025, MyOttawa login credentials were updated to match your OU Email credentials. If you are still having issues getting logged in after trying your firstname.lastname@ottawa.edu and the password used to get into your email, please let us know and we can help with the login.
