Be sure you have a stable Internet connection outside of the Ottawa University network.
On your computer in the search bar, search for Cisco Secure Client and Open it or Pin it to your Taskbar for easy access.
Copy this information into the Secure Client connection box.

There are two message boxes, you must accept both messages before you can connect.
Enter your Windows login credentials. Do not include "@ottawa.edu" in your username.
Accept any Multi-Factor-Authentication prompts and the connection should be made.
